1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Product drops
  • Holidays
  • High-volume periods
  • Pre-orders
  • Limited releases
  • Unexpected operational delays

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Inventory issues
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Payment verification requirements
  • Circumstances outside our control

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Supply chain disruptions

Break Normal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.


3. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order, made-to-order, and limited-release items may require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated shipping dates are projections only and may change without notice.

By purchasing pre-order items, you acknowledge that:

  • Delays may occur
  • Production timelines are not guaranteed
  • Shipping estimates are subject to change
  • Delays do not create liability for Break Normal

Orders containing pre-order items may not ship until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Break Normal is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Orders delayed due to customer information errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

We are not obligated to replace or refund orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier.

Break Normal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier pickup.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.
