Refund Policy — Break Normal

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

At Break Normal, many of our products are released in limited quantities, exclusive drops, or pre-order collections. Because of this, all purchases are carefully managed and produced in limited amounts.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Pre-order wait times disclosed before purchase
  • Minor manufacturing variations

By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Another resolution at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the reporting window.


3. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.

Because fit preferences vary between individuals, we do not offer refunds or returns for sizing-related issues unless required by law.


4. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Pre-order and limited-release items may require extended production and shipping timelines.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only
  • Delays may occur
  • Production schedules may change
  • Delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate major updates when possible.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of future service
  • Dispute evidence being submitted to your payment provider
  • Additional action where permitted by law

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP logs, and other relevant evidence.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes with their bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Issues

Break Normal is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Customs delays or import fees

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
